Ingredients:

1 ½ oz. SKYY Infusions Georgia Peach
1 ½ oz. Lambrusco Wine
½ oz. Aperol
½ oz. Lavender Honey Syrup
3 Lemon Wedges
2 Medium Sized Strawberries
Peach Slices

Method:

In a mixing tin, muddle lemon wedges and strawberries in Lavender Honey. Add SKYY Infusions Georgia Peach and Aperol. Shake gently with ice, and fine strain into wine glass over ice. Layer Lambrusco on top. Garnish with peach slices.

XOXO Cocktail

Ingredients:

1.5 oz SKYY Infusions Passion Fruit
1 oz. X-Rated Fusion Liqueur
1 oz. Passion Fruit Puree
Splash of sour.

Method:

Combine ingredients in shaker. Strain and serve in a martini glass.

Golden Gate 75

Ingredients:

2.5 oz. California Sparkling Wine
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. Blood Orange Juice (Or substitute regular orange juice)
1 dash Orange Bitters (Regan’s Orange Bitters No. 6 recommended)
0.5 ounces Rich Simple Syrup*
Orange peel for garnish

Method:

Directions: Blood orange juice helps turn this cocktail a color resembling the Golden Gate Bridge, celebrating its 75th birthday this year. Add Campari, orange juice, simple syrup, and bitters to an ice-filled shaker. Shake and fine strain (to remove any pulp) into a champagne flute or coupe. Top with sparkling wine. Zest the orange peel over the top of the drink and drop the peel in the drink or discard.
