They include Roman Polanski, Woody Allen, Catherine Deneuve, Jane Fonda, Eva Longoria, Juliette Binoche and Francis Ford Coppola…The hotel has regularly topped polls as having the most expensive penthouse in the world: The full-size corner suite (of which we were occupying half) has an official high-season price of €7,300 per night, but during Cannes Film Festival week, the price is said to rocket to in excess of €35,000 per night. Out of season, you can expect to pay about €1,500 for the same facility and about €80 per night for the lowest standard room. The two Penthouse Suites are 8000 square meters and is decorated in the hotel’s signature Art Deco style, with sleek furniture, silk curtains and teak floor of the Parque. While many of the rooms have been painted in bright colors (peach, lime), Penthouse Suites are decorated in muted tones in accordance with the announced (brown, cream and tan). All apartments have two bedrooms, a Turkish bath, kitchen, personal sauna and views of Lerida Bay Islands and all of Cannes. Wrap around terrace is 2000 square meters, and may well be 100 people. It is also a jacuzzi. Technophiles will appreciate the Bose plasma TVs and phones, and DVD collection. Private Butler can call 24 hours a day, and other amenities include use of limousine, open bar and theoption join both suites into one Très Swans.
