For his first time (2011 Spring), Zac Posen debuts an utterly Parisian collection in Paris.  Sexy, glamorous, and so utterly effortless.  How very French.  J’adore Zac Posen.  It’s a gorgeous wash of twenties luxury, feathers, silk, satin, and lace. Beautifully sheer fabrics with splashes of cream, nuts, nude and black tone prints and feathers float down the runway but with purpose and impact. The bodices are sexily wrapped and twisted and overlay corset piping or lace.  It is the structured look with a soft finish… tied, crossed and knotted fabric created the illusion of a structured bodice on his dresses whilst draping creates depth and volume to each look. The silk dresses drape beautifully on the body with unusual twists and flowing trains. They are incredible beauty, I love them.
